The hanging bridges in Arenal, Guanacaste are suspended in the canopy of the rain forests up to 120 feet above the forest floor. You can navigate your way through the forest on the bridges giving you a truley unique experience. The elevation will provide one of the best ways to see more than you could ever possibly see by staying on the ground in the rain forest.

Many of our guests combine their Canopy Tour with a tour through the hanging bridge walkways due to their close proximity to each other.

This is yet another tourist feature that will provide an excellent photo opportunity. The tour of the hanging bridges is purposely sturctured to allow visitors the time they need to take photographs and study the canopy at their own leisure.

The hanging bridges are completely safe and have even a fine net spread underneath to avoid the loss of lens caps and other things in the event they are dropped during a moment of excitement.

The bridges from form a trail which spans kilometers and crosses the cloud forest. During the course of the trail you will walk over 8 different bridges from 50 to 170 meters long, and between 12 and 60 meters high. Each bridge bridge is 1.5 meters wide, and have a capacity for 60 persons per bridge, which makes them the strongest hanging bridges in Costa Rica.
