During your visit to the Costa Rican Cloud Forest many visitors take the opportunity to build some time into their schedule to visit one of many beautiful waterfalls.

You will need to plan ahead because many of the waterfalls will involve a steady walk to get to them, but through the rainforest area you will see so many things of outstanding beauty you will hardly notice the time go by.

Once you reach the waterfall area one of the first things to hit you is the outstand beauty and size of the waterfalls. Many of my clients have told me that these waterfalls are amongst the most beautiful and wonderful places theyve ever been too. And for the sheer size of the falls, they typically stand about 8 or 9 stories high

Once we are at the falls, your time is your own - allowing for your schedule of course. You are able to swim in the refreshing clear waters that the waterfall brings, with some of the many species of exotic freshwater fish that can be found in the splash pools below the waterfall.

The waterfalls are the perfect place to swim, relax, play and bask in the Costa Rican sun, before you head off for your next adventure in Costa Rica.
